With more than 25 years of robust business experience underpinned by a solid portfolio in the ICT and Telecommunications sectors he provides dynamic and sound leadership into the NewGen group. His tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
Mr. Jeffrey De Wee: Group COO
Jeffrey De Wee is the Group Chief Operating Officer at New Generation Group, where he brings over two decades of unparalleled expertise in telecommunications and ICT. In his current role, Jeffrey oversees critical operations including Fleet, Project Office, Field Operations, Network Operations and Service Delivery. His extensive experience across South Africa, Nigeria and Botswana has equipped him with the strategic acumen to drive operational excellence and foster innovation within the Group.
Jeffrey's career is distinguished by strategic leadership roles and significant contributions to enhancing operational efficiencies, technological advancements, and organizational growth. His academic foundation in Electrical Engineering, coupled with advanced studies in Financial Management, enables him to effectively bridge the gap between technical solutions and business strategies. Mrs. Zelda Watkins: Group CFO
Zelda Watkins brings a wealth of professional achievement from her more than 25 years' experience in financial management with a wide-spread knowledge of corporate culture from holding various key positions in the financial services and insurance sectors as well as local government.
She has successfully led many high-level projects spanning multiple business units and ICT systems and focuses on strategic excellence by providing the sound solutions to effectively execute business objectives. Her leadership and competence provide our group with sustainable value.
Dr. Raymund Watson: Group SHEQ, Business Development and Planning Manager
Raymund Watson brings a wealth of HSE build and Planning experience.
Over the past 15 years, Raymund has been involved in the planning and rollout of FTTx across Africa.
